Leidy Meza Gonzalez is the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager at Donovan Legal PLLC. She leads the firm’s marketing program, working in coordination with Mr. Donovan and the firm’s marketing technology consultant on social media, content development, customer relationship management, and inbound inquiry coordination. She also serves as a bilingual interface for the firm’s English- and Spanish-speaking audiences in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

For a tax-first practice serving sophisticated clients, marketing is less about volume than about consistency, professionalism, and reaching the right audience with the right message. Ms. Meza Gonzalez owns the operational side of the firm’s marketing infrastructure: maintaining the firm’s CRM and contact records, coordinating the production and scheduling of content reviewed and approved by Mr. Donovan, tracking inbound inquiries and routing them appropriately, and producing internal research on the firm’s referral sources, market positioning, and competitive landscape.

Her background spans business development, investor relations, and market research across multiple industries. Most recently she managed international client relationships across the Americas at MeterApp, a transportation technology platform, using HubSpot to track customer engagement and close commercial agreements. She previously served as Investor Relations Coordinator at Cryomass Technologies, where she coordinated investor conferences, annual general meetings, and quarterly earnings calls, and as Research and Business Intelligence Analyst at PharmaCielo, where she tracked market and competitor developments for senior leadership.

Ms. Meza Gonzalez holds a degree in Finance and International Relations from Universidad de la Costa (CUC), with additional certification in Financial Management. Her native Spanish allows the firm to engage authentically with Spanish-speaking referral sources, prospective clients, and the firm’s growing Latin American and Caribbean audience.

Ms. Meza Gonzalez is not an attorney. She supports the firm’s marketing and business development functions under the direct supervision of Mr. Donovan.
